This test is also used to assess for a SLAP lesion
“Patient position is same as the biceps load test except arm is abducted to 120 degrees. Elbow is bent to 90 degrees of flexion, forearm in supination. Therapist moves arm to end range external rotation. In this position, the examiner resists elbow flexion. Pain during flexion is a positive sign.”[1]
