“Both the therapist and the patient are standing. The therapist elevates the patient’s arm to 90 degrees in the scapular plane. The therapist then flexes the elbow to 90 degrees, and the patient is asked to laterally rotate the shoulder. A positive test occurs with weakness and/or pain.”[1]
